Description

ONS is developing a six month personal resilience program for roll out across the organisation.

The purpose of the program is to provide ONS staff with long-term mental health support that will build their resilience to stressful situations and changing environments. The program design will encourage the creation and maintenance of new habitual behaviours.

It is aimed at staff engaging in large scale business transformations as well as those who generally struggle with mental toughness and personal resilience.

The number of delegates attending each cohort will be 15. The program will be held across both ONS sites i.e. Newport and Titchfield.

The program must contain the following learning interventions:
1. Mindfulness - a clinical intervention
2. Emotional Intelligence
3. Confidence & assertiveness
4. Change management
5. Mind, body and soul - e.g. Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Yogalates

The ONS is open to any ideas or proposals that would better support us achieving the desired outcome of the program and following market engagement will be running a tender exercise for this opportunity.
If you would like to discuss this requirement with us, please register on our e-tendering portal using the link below, and click the "express and interest" button on the Personal Resilience Program project. Please note, the deadline for expressing an interest in order be involved in this market engagement activity is Monday 3rd July.

Suppliers who have not expressed an interest will still be eligible to submit a bid as part of the tender.
