Description

Medway Council ('the Council') is seeking to procure the services of an experienced and suitably qualified Contractor to undertake alteration and expansion work at Cliffe Woods Primary School in Rochester.

The Council is targeting to have awarded the contract no later than 17.02.2017 with a subsequent site commencement date of 01.03.2017. The estimated value of the whole works is approximately £350K.



The estimated Contract period will be for 24 Weeks.





Scope of WORKS, Pricing & Specification



The scope of works for this project includes but not limited to the:



•Complete design,


•Construction,


•Installation,


•Commissioning and completion of new build reception and internal alterations to the remaining school.


•The works include all services and connections, and are to be completed in Phases as detailed within the document

Contractual Arrangements
