Description

Teignbridge District Council has a responsibility meet its statutory duty and ensure its building service installations are managed and remain in a serviceable order. Applicants are invited to bid to deliver the service and maintenance of all gas, oil fired and electric heating plant and associated ancillary equipment, controls etc. and other plant such as air conditioning or air handling units forming part of the Location building services to those premises where Teignbridge District Council has a responsibility to implement this work.
