Description

Lichfield West Midlands Traded Services (part of Lichfield District Council) recognise the various advantages modular extensions provide over conventional structures, including speedier construction, cost savings, and environmental benefits.

It has also been evidenced that modular additions are substantially quicker to build than conventional buildings, resulting in minimum disturbance for homeowners and tenants.

The DFG service are therefore looking for experienced and qualified contractors who can:

- Design and apply for the necessary planning and regulations
- Complete the ground work and excavation, including connecting to existing services
- Deliver the and build/set up the building on side
- Complete the break-out work from the existing property
- Ultimately complete projects from start to finish
