Description

To complete a fire risk assessment for the Communal Areas of our General Housing Stock (on a Block by Block basis) including accessible loft/roof spaces, where accessible. This comprises approximately 346 buildings. There may also be additional blocks that require assessment on an ad hoc basis. The types of buildings that require fire risk assessments include but is not limited to:
o Two to four-storey
o Detached
o Semi-detached
