Description
Supply Delivery Destruction and Secure Collection of Taxi and Private Hire Vehicle Plates, stickers and signage 2023 - 2025
Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council, Regulatory Services, is seeking to procure a suitably experienced supplier for the supply and delivery of Taxi and Private Hire vehicle plates, stickers and signage with a secure collection and destruction service for those items once expired.
All Licensed Taxi's and Private Hire Vehicles are required to display a Licence plate both outside and inside of the vehicle. Each vehicle must also display a vehicle sticker indicating the vehicle licence number and a sign indicating to passengers how they can make a complaint.
Term of Contract
The Council proposes to enter into a Contract for an initial term of two (2) years with a possible extension of a further year, subject to satisfactory performance. The anticipated commencement date is 1st March 2023 to 28 February 2025.
Value of Contract
The anticipated annual value of the Contract for supply delivery destruction and secure collection of taxi and private hire vehicle plates stickers and signage are based on current budgetary provision is to be estimated to be in the region of £18,000.
This value is based on historical spend data and is intended to be used as a guide only to assist you in submitting your Quotation. It is not a guarantee of the level of business that will be generated and should not be interpreted as an undertaking to purchase any services to any particular value and does not form part of the Contract.
The prices submitted in your quotation will remain fixed for the 2-year period.
