North East Derbyshire District Council (NEDDC) is seeking to procure a specialist contractor to carry out a full set of Asbestos Management Surveys and undertake the annual asbestos revisit inspections at NEDDC operational properties in accordance with the requirements of ACOP L143, regulation 4 of CAR 2012.
