Description
This service aims to support vulnerable families in order to improve outcomes for children and young people aged 0-19 years living in the Children's Services area of Carlisle and Eden.
The Provider shall deliver services to satisfy the following outcomes:
• Vulnerable children and young people are protected from harm, isolation, bullying and social exclusion.
• Fewer children and young people require statutory intervention.
• Vulnerable children and young people develop skills and knowledge to improve their life chances.
• Parents / carers develop and implement improved parenting skills.
• Families have positive, successful relationships within the family unit and community.
• Vulnerable children and young people have improved behaviour, self-esteem, health and well-being.
• More families are able to access and engage positively in a range of high quality support services.
• Vulnerable families influence service development.
