HOW TO EXPRESS AN INTEREST -

NECS is utilising an electronic tendering portal to gather expressions of interest therefore all communications will be conducted via the In-Tend portal, https://in-tendhost.co.uk/necs. It is free to register on the portal, which can be accessed at any time. A dedicated helpdesk is available should potential providers have any queries and can be contacted on 0844 2728810 (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm) or via emailing support@in-tend.co.uk.

To express an interest, once registered on the portal please select "Forthcoming Tenders" from the "Tenders" tab, and then scroll down the page until you locate the listing marked "Prior Information Notice - Regional Home Oxygen Assessment & Review Service (North of England CCGs)". Please click the button marked 'view details' for this particular listing. You will be able to express your interest in this tender opportunity by selecting the button marked 'express interest'.

Please note that this facility allows the provider to express an interest only at this stage - it is NOT a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) exercise and is NOT part of any pre-qualification or selection process. An Expression of Interest is no indication of a commitment to participate in any potential future tender process nor does it infer any preferential or special status on those organisations who do submit an Expression of Interest.
