Description

The MCAs Programme Delivery Directorate requires legal advisory support to provide timely, effective support and guidance based on a range of key work packages to support the Aerial Dispersant Spray Service that will include but not limited to:

a) Development of Contract and Procurement Strategy
b) Support to the Procurement Process
c) Post Negotiation Contract Review and Transition Support
d) Ongoing Provision of Advice, Knowledge Transfer and Support
