Description
The contracting authority for this contract will be Wolverhampton Homes, Wolverhampton Councils wholly owned arms length management organisation (ALMO). These requirements are: • Maintenance, Repair and Testing of Fire Alarm Systems • Maintenance, Repair and Testing of Intruder Alarms • Maintenance, Repair and Testing of Fire Equipment (Extinguishers etc) • Maintenance, Repair and Testing of Emergency Lighting Systems • Maintenance, Repair and Testing of Wet & Dry Risers • Maintenance, Repair and Testing of Sprinkler Systems - Gas Type Suppression Systems, although not included at the commencement of the Contract, may be added to the requirements at some point during the life of the Contract.
