Description
The Council, on behalf of the Orbis Partners is seeking to appoint suitably qualified Suppliers(s) to deliver a competitive range of flexible benefits to employees. These benefits shall consist of a range of offers and discounts, available via an online portal, to help employees save money and make their wages go further. Such offers shall include, but not be limited to: high street and online shopping discounts; healthcare, travel and gift offers; the chance to earn cashback on purchases and the ability to utilise salary sacrifice opportunities such as the government childcare voucher scheme. Other initiatives to be included in this Framework are total reward statements and an employee reward and recognition scheme.
The Orbis Partners require a modern and user friendly, fully branded bespoke reward portal, which integrates the majority of each Participating Authority's benefits in one place. The platform will support web (internet and intranet), computer, laptop and smartphones for all employees to access at any time, including those less able.
The Framework will consist of the following Lots:
o Lot 1: Flexible Lifestyle Benefits and Salary Sacrifice Benefits
o Lot 2: Finance & Insurance Services Benefits
o Lot 3: Total Reward Statements
o Lot 4: Employee Reward & Recognition Scheme
Bidders are invited to submit a bid for all or a selection of the Lots, each Lot will be evaluated separately. The minimum number of Suppliers on the Framework will be one and the maximum will be four. There will be a maximum of one Supplier per Lot.
The Framework will be awarded for a period of three (3) years plus a one (1) year optional extension period, at the Council's discretion ('the Framework Term').
