Description

The University has made significant investments in the Microsoft Skype for Business and Microsoft Office 365 platform which are both well embedded within the organisations technical architecture and business processes. In order to minimise technical diversity and fragmentation of the user experience, the proposed Contact Centre solution must be certified for use with Skype for Business.
