Description

Construction of Phase 1 of Block A apartments at Graven Hill, this is a single block building over 4 stories, with two stair cores and 1 lift, containing a mixture of 1 & 2 bed apartments, totaling 44 in number, with the ground floor including 2 of these apartments, then the remaining space being subdivided into 3 commercial units, which will be delivered to shell only. All external landscaping including car park, car charging points, cycle storage & the civils work required to install a new substation are included in the package of works.
