Description
The physical works on site comprises the demolition of the existing buildings as indicated on the Demolition plan annexed to this questionnaire but also the removal of all loose and fixed furniture and equipment, the removal of all asbestos, backfilling of the old basement boiler room and excavations together with the capping off of redundant underground drainage.
