Description

Pebworth Parish Council are seeking a quotation for alterations, refurbishment and for the extension of Pebworth Village Hall.
The project is in two phases, the first of which is targetted to commence on site on or before 31st March 2020. Confirmation of start on site date, programme and completion date will be required in writing, on company headed paper, as a separate document as part of the tender application.
The second phase is at the moment provisional and subject to securing funding (the first phase is fully funded) but costings are being sought at this time.
The outline description of works is set out as follows:

• Phase 1 - Rear extensions and refurbishment of Male and Female WC's; alterations to Kitchen and Stores, remove stage. New doors to hall and lobby. Mechanical and electrical installations, finishes, fittings and site works.

• Phase 2 ALL PROVISIONAL Upgrade thermal insulation to hall and new electric heating; battery and solar PV. Canopy to front and new external works to front of building. The Phase 2 works can only proceed if sufficient funds are available. The contractor is requested to provide costings for the works detailed in connection with the canopy to the front elevation. Works to the hall is subject to design development for pricing at a later date.
