Description

The London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC), with a 12-year operational history, is seeking a qualified and experienced property consultancy to manage its owned and occupied assets and locations. The LLDC's portfolio, which will eventually be developed, generates important interim income. Therefore, effective management of these tenants and properties is crucial, including rent collection.

The Service Provider is expected to proactively manage the LLDC's owned and occupied assets and locations that are not under development, using a coordinated approach to ensure legal obligations are fulfilled, commercial opportunities are maximised, and sites are available and prepared for development at the relevant time.

LLDC currently has a contract with a single service provider that is due to end mid-2024. Therefore, a re-tender is required for this business-critical service.

This requirement is for LLDC and its subsidiary operations including Stratford Waterfront Retail Management Company Limited.

EXPECTED DURATION: 3 Year Contract
