Description

• To provide a support contract to our in house repairs team which may include out of hours support, to provide the following works to SDDC's housing stock and public buildings
• Kitchen unit replacements and associated works (including flooring, lighting and plastering)
• Full bathroom replacements and associated works (including flooring, lighting and plastering)
• Partial bathrooms replacements and associated works,
• (including flooring, lighting, plastering)
• Periodic electrical testing and repairs also day to day repairs, lighting, electrical upgrades,
• Roofing, soffits and rain water goods
• Structural and damp work
• Replacement doors (external, internal, shed)
• Replacement windows (timber and UPVC) and associated repairs (handles, hinges, etc.)
• Painting and pre-paint repairs
• Loft insulation
• Smoke,C02 and heat detectors
• Disabled adaptations (including level access showers and flooring, showers over baths, through floor lifts (but not stair lifts), extensions and alterations of internal layout) and subsequent repairs.
• Void works
• Planned maintenance and estate works including re-surfacing of car parks and foot paths
• Property conversions
