Description
Synopsis: This Invitation to Tender requests tenders from sufficiently experienced and qualified suppliers to establish a sole supplier framework for the provision of Taxi and Private Hire. The framework will be available to Lot 1 - University of Nottingham staff, visitors and delegates and Lot 2 - University of Nottingham Students' Union Members, staff, visitors and delegates. The full requirements are detailed within Appendix A, The Requirements.
The aim of the tender is to award both lots to one (1) supplier. This is to maximise the value of the service provision offered to the University and the Students' Union. Financial vetting will be carried out using Credit Safe where a minimum score of 50 is required to ensure that a suppliers financial situation is appropriate for the allocation of lots. Where a tenderer does not achieve a minimum score of 50 then further investigation using up to the last three years audit accounts can be used. Failure to pass this will disqualify the tenderers submission.
