Description

Warwick Arts Centre, situated on the University of Warwick site has a requirement for the Provision of a Ticketing, Marketing and CRM solution.

The appointed supplier will be required to configure, implement, maintain and support a mobile-first cloud-based solution that is tailored specifically to the Arts market to enable a single and integrated customer journey, both on- and offline. In addition to processing ticketing for free and paid-for events across a range of platforms, supporting cross and up-selling, the solution will be required to support rich data analysis and fully integrated effective marketing communication tools.
