Description

The Authority is looking for a supplier to provide live subtitling coverage of parliamentary proceedings. The Authority has subtitled a number of live events and habitually subtitles video on demand clips which are uploaded to social media platforms. The Authority wishes to begin subtitling of some video content published on parliamentlive.tv and ultimately to distribute the subtitles to third parties.
