1.1Location:

Pembroke Broadway, Arnold Walk and Camberley Town Centre High Street, Camberley, GU15 3XD
1.2The works include;

The delivery of Ashwood House Public Realm Works including Arnold Walk and High Street Remedials

The construction works covers a range of highway, civil engineering, hard landscaping and remedial/improvement works as follows (but not limited to):

Ashwood House / Pembroke Broadway

-Co-ordination of Bus Stop removals and installation (by others)

-Partial carriageway resurfacing works

-Footway resurfacing

-Tactile crossing points

-Kerbing realignment

-Installation of street lighting

-Installation of street furniture and bollards

-Installation of signage Arnold Walk
-General site clearance

-Resurfacing works to Northern end of Arnold Walk

-Cleaning of existing facades

-Painting of external faces of the concrete over bridges

-Architectural lighting to u/s of over bridge soffits

-Painting of Car Park façade

-Designated surface applications
