Description

Goods required\r
Undertake both policy and peer review activities in relation to the CPCA's refreshed \r
Local Transport & Connectivity Plan (LTCP). This work will be undertaken to benchmark policy \r
frameworks and sense-check interim reports, documents and draft deliverables.\r
\r
Services and Deliverables required\r
Provide transport consultancy services, but on a ad-hoc basis, and include the \r
following:\r
• Policy Review: a discrete document containing the policy framework for the LTCP from \r
national to local and transport and wider planning; identifying the key themes with which \r
the LTCP should align, and a "golden thread" through to the revised vision and objectives \r
of the LTCP. Also conduct a benchmarking exercise of key themes, visions and \r
objectives of up to six comparator authorities from the UK and internationally.\r
• Peer Review: sense-checked interim reports and documents, and draft deliverables, \r
which will be undertaken as and when required by the CPCA, supported by ad hoc meeting \r
attendance.\r

Optional Services required\r
Transport planning and stakeholder engagement consultancy services related to the Local \r
Transport and Connectivity Plan and ancillary and follow-on work.
