Description

On behalf of The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, Wokingham Borough Council is seeking to Commission a suitably experienced and competent Design and Build Contractor to carry out the design and construction of a new teaching block and dining room/kitchen, together with internal alterations to a "visitor's zone" in the front entrance, science/maths block and altering the existing Hub area to provide changing rooms.

Following an initial PQQ evaluation, a restricted number of candidates will be invited to tender. The tender process will be single stage, fixed price JCT 2011 Design and Build contract. A maximum of 6 contractors will be invited to tender; these will be selected based on the PQQ submission.
