3.1. West Northamptonshire Council invites quotations for the provision of creating a Social Welfare Alliance (SWA) to provide an ongoing training development pathway for all frontline workers and volunteers (FLWVs) who are regularly having conversations with residents who are presenting with a range of social welfare/poverty issues. FLWVs come from all sectors and include, for example, social prescribers, advisors on money and debt, family support workers, and volunteers.
