Description
Invitations to quote are being sought for completion of Private Sector Housing Stock Condition Report for The Borough Council of Newcastle-under-Lyme.
The requirements will include the completion of a report, which will make an assessment of the physical condition of the housing stock and make accurate judgments pertaining to the decency, fitness and energy efficiency standards of the private sector properties. The research is required to support the Council's Housing Strategy, Private Sector Housing Strategy, Affordable Warmth Strategy and future renewal policies and programmes.
