Description

This project involves the demolition of three traditionally built brick buildings of varying heights.
All three buildings are located on Port of Blyth land, two of which are within the Port's fenced boundary. The buildings immediately surrounding the site are Port owned but leased to their occupants. These are the Port Training Services and Caboose restaurant to the east, Blyth Marine Station to the north, and Port of Blyth Welding & Fabrication Training to the south.
