Description

Tewkesbury Borough Council is a largely rural district in Gloucestershire. The Council has gross revenue expenditure of £35m and net revenue expenditure of £9m.

The Council has investments of between £10m and £20m depending on cash flow and invests monies with banks, building societies, local authorities, registered providers, pooled funds, and money market funds managed by the in-house team. The Council currently has £14m borrowing, and this is likely to increase in future years as the Council continues its capital investment programme.

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified advisory bodies with relevant experience, which are able to demonstrate sufficient skills and capacity to support the Council's Treasury function.
