Description

North East Lincolnshire Council (the Council) wishes to appoint a service
provider to develop and operate a pre-school day care provision at Nunsthorpe
and Bradley Park Outreach Centre, which is on the site of Woodlands Primary
School (school). It will function in partnership with Nunsthorpe and Bradley
Park Children's Centre (children's centre). This will be a business
opportunity for the successful organisation that offers a 4 year concession
contract for the service provision (with the opportunity to extend for 2 x 12
month periods) and a 6 year lease on the building.
