Description

The works involve the construction of a single storey community building of approx 130m2 on the existing Gunny site (a former anti-aircraft gun site) on Canvey Island. A portion of the site is listed as a Scheduled Monument and so Historic England will have some monitoring involvement during the works.

This contract is being advertised on behalf of Canvey Island Town Council.

The contract start date and completion dates are subject to agreement due to land transfer arrangement to the Town Council.
