Description

The job entails replacing external windows and doors. It is anticipated that Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) could be present and disturbed when undertaking the required works. An existing Asbestos Register is available at the School.
It is anticipated that the Programme Commencement Date works on site will be the first Monday of the 2017 Summer Holiday. All window replacements are to be in strict accordance with the SAPA specification included within this tender documentation.
