Description

CORSERV Ltd is a company established to provide strategic direction for the existing commercial trading companies that make up the Group - CORMAC Solutions Ltd, Cornwall Airport Ltd, Cornwall Housing Ltd, the Nottinghamshire joint venture company, Via East Midlands Ltd, and Cornwall Development Company and other companies as the group grows. CORSERV works with Cornwall Council, as shareholder, to support economic growth and place-making in Cornwall ensuring that all its subsidiaries are focused on this goal. CORSERV have a requirement to outsource the provision of External Audit Services for itself and Group of Companies.
