Description

'The University of Cambridge Department of Oncology encompasses both University and NHS components, where clinical and basic science converges to provide a multi-disciplinary approach to cancer related research. Our main focus of research is the treatment, diagnosis and prevention of cancer. The department requires an instrument for the high throughput isolation of DNA and RNA from a wide range of sources including, but not exclusively, blood, bone marrow, buffy coat, plasma, serum, fresh tissue and FFPE biopsies more fully described in Section 3 of this tender.'
