Description

We are looking to supplement in-house Counselling and Mental Health Support provision with out-of-hours support for students (via self-referral routes); and ongoing telephone, online and video counselling (for students referred by Counselling and Mental Health Support).

We recognise that some students will wish to access such support out of hours (or from different time zones), and that such a service will provide a helpful complement to King's based provision. On this point, a June 2019 Review of Counselling and Mental Health Service at King's College London noted that "the expectations of 'Generation Z' student (aka digital natives) are relevant"

King's intends to let a contract for these services for a period of 3 years.
