Description

MCA require an implementation partner with experience of designing and implementing process workflows using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.

This will include deployment and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Service modules.

Implementation of the system will also require development of a new Certificate of Competency (CoC) checking online service, using Power Pages.

Data will need to be cleansed and migrated from the existing legacy system. Dynamics will connect via API to the MCA Data platform.

MCA's target is for the system to Go Live by 31 March 2024.

MCA has procured this requirement under Crown Commercial Service framework Digital Outcomes 6.
