Description

This framework MW21 consists of 12 regional lots covering England and Wales and is suited to contractors with a regional focus.

(Larger contractors with national reach and scale are encouraged to apply instead for framework MW20 which consists of a single lot. In creating two separate frameworks we have sought to support government guidelines regarding unfair competition by avoiding pitching suppliers of unequal scale and resource against one another).

This framework is for contracting authorities across England and Wales to call off both single and multi-site minor works projects in relation to the planned and responsive repair, maintenance and improvement of both housing and non-housing property. It will suit authorities who appreciate the continuity of a working relationship with a principal contractor to manage both one-off projects and term contracts.

Please direct all communication to B2G, who are tendering and managing this framework on behalf of Gold Hill Housing Association. For more information and/or a copy of the ITT please contact tenders@b2g.services.
