Description

Oxford City Housing Limited (OCHL) an Oxford City Council (OCC) wholly owned Company is seeking to establish a framework agreement with construction contractors which are SMEs, national and international construction companies. The framework appointees will need to be able to work collaboratively with the Authority and to deliver a wide range of high quality residential sustainable energy efficient developments with a focus on a fabric first approach with "Passivhaus" principles for all options other than the 40% beyond future building regulations, and design that meets the Authority's long-term objectives (the "Sustainable Housing Development Framework").This Framework will be open and available to all Oxford City Council wholly owned Companies, other Local Authorities [https://www.local.gov.uk/] and registered providers of Social Housing [https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/current-registered-providers-of-social-housing/list-of-registered-providers-17-september-2020].
