Description

Colchester Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission installation of new utility bollards serving house boats moored on the King Edward Quay, Colchester. The works are generally replacement of the existing bollards and associated groundworks, including upgrading the water and electric supplies. The works are situated on adopted highway and all highway reinstatements will be to Essex County Council Highways Adoptable Standards.
