Description

The Council requires a supplier for the provision of a nurse-call emergency support service.

The following are in scope:

o Portable and fixed devices for raising an alarm
o Portable and fixed devices for receiving notification of an alarm
o Software to hold resident details
o Software to receive, transmit and record the nature of alarms
o Fitting, installation and implementation
o Ongoing Maintenance and support

This contract will be for an initial period of three (3) years with option to extend by two periods of one (1) year each.
