This tender is inviting you to take part in a Further Competition exercise to meet the requirements of Cannock Chase District Council. This invitation to tender is issued under ESPO framework agreement no. 203_21 Technology Enabled Care Products & Services under Lot 2.

Unless agreed otherwise, any contract awarded, and subsequent order placed as a result of the further competition exercise shall be subject to the 203_21 Technology Enabled Care Products & Services Terms of Agreement.
