Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) on behalf of the Tees Valley Creative Education Partnership (TVCEP) is seeking to contract an individual to deliver project management and creative education/learning advisory services to support successful delivery of a range of creation learning action research projects and to support the servicing of the TVCEP advisory group.
