Description

The Trust currently has a requirement to identify and target specific groups, representative of staff across the health and social care sectors in the SEL ICS to understand their:

•Mental health and wellbeing needs
•Define and obtain feedback on the staff support services currently available
•Understand additional support initiatives which we should explore further
•Test the concept and functionality of an online portal
•Identify how the portal can be improved to increase appeal, access and utility
