Description
The National Lottery Promotions Unit (NLPU) requires the services of a broadcast PR partner to secure quality national and regional coverage as part of the 2023 National Lottery Awards campaign.
The National Lottery Awards represent the annual search for the UK's favourite National Lottery funded people and projects, who do extraordinary things with National Lottery funding. There are six categories for individual winners, bringing all areas of National Lottery good causes together:
* Community and Charity
* Art, Film and Culture
* Heritage
* Sport
* Environment
* Young Hero (under 25s)
There is also a category to honour a National Lottery Project of the Year, with scope to add an additional category to celebrate a winner of a Special Achievement Award (TBC).
A key focus of the campaign is to thank National Lottery players for the £30m they raise for good causes every week, helping them make the connection between playing The National Lottery and supporting the amazing individuals and projects who feature in the Awards campaign. The success of the campaign therefore hinges on quality and far-reaching national and regional media broadcast.
The Contract start date is Tuesday 7th March 2023. The Contract end date is Wednesday 6th 2024 (following the evaluation). The Fund has the option to extend for a further 2x 12-month periods (potentially until Friday 06th March 2026). These extensions are dependent on budget being available at the time of extension and will be enabled at the sole discretion of the NLPU.
The budget available for the total contract length - assuming all extension options are enabled - is £90,000 including VAT, with a yearly allocation of £30,000 including VAT.
This contract will be subject to the terms and conditions provided within this ITT. A submission received as part of this tender shall constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions, so bidders are advised to review these.
This tender will be conducted on the NLPU's chosen e-tendering portal. In order to access the tender, bidders must first register on this portal which can be done via the following link: https://tnlcommunityfund.bravosolution.co.uk/
