To appoint a subcontractor to provide labour only subcontract joinery required for the construction of 69nr new build dwellings at the former Ellington Colliery, Lynemouth Road, Ellington.
The works include the subcontractor to carry out labour only joinery works to complete the floor joists, main roof and flat roof structure, 1st fix, 2nd fix and final fix to 69nr new build plots as per the drawings attached within the ITT.
