Description

Radian is looking to create of a competency development programme to be suitable for Radian employees at all levels which can be used to develop key competencies; there are approximately 800 employees across the business with a range of responsibilities and experience, from Finance and IT to Human Resources and Corporate Services. Our Technical Services and Housing directorates employ a diverse range of staff including administrative trades personnel such as gas engineers, carpenters and customer services advisors to surveyors, asset managers and housing managers.
