Description

C/2017/154 The requirements of this project is to develop areas of the Burgess Hall to ensure the standard of facility meets the expectations of the customer whilst also creating opportunities for further income generation, continued commercial viability and a sustainable business. Through the following works: -
• Bar refurbishment & extension to modernise it and create an additional point of sale.
• Due to the bar extension the current patio windows would need to be altered to accommodate the extension.
• Carpet/floor replacement- estimated to be approximately 20 years old and have had a lot of wear and tear which is now clearly visible. New flooring will provide an immediate impact for customers as they enter the venue.
• Toilet refurbishment- They are an essential facility for every event and we are regularly short in terms of provision.
