Description

The purpose of this Procurement is to establish a non-exclusive ad-hoc 'call-off' arrangement with a single organisation who can demonstrate the capability and capacity to deliver services providing the optimal mix of quality and cost across all aspects of technology within the current landscape.
This arrangement contains no contractual commitment on any party for the provision of any particular quantity nor does this arrangement involve any commitment to purchase but serves to commonly specify the levels of quality required and the terms and conditions of contract that will apply when specific work-packages are called-off by the British Library.
The Technology partner will need to support the existing BL environment, processes and technologies and be able to augment the existing teams providing the flexibility to increase or decrease their contributions to the teams, delivering resources, skills and experience in the following areas:
