Description

Stevenage Borough Council wishes to develop a site at Shephall View and is seeking detailed planning permission to covert the site into dense residential use. The council is looking to commission architectural services to produce a comprehensive package of drawings and specifications up to RIBA stage 3 and submit a detailed planning application that:
o Maximises the site footprint to provide a mix of 1 and 2 bed flats, and 2 and 3 bed houses.
o Provides associated parking requirements including 16 replacement car park spaces for Aqua Playground.
o Is deliverable within the constraints of the site.
o Is in line with planning objectives and likely to be favourable with the planning department.
o Is sympathetic with the local surrounding area.
o Delivers a target of at least 120 new homes or identifies why this is not possible.
