Description

Birmingham City Council are looking to procure the provision of consultancy services in relation to Full Fibre.

The Council recognises the importance of digital technologies in developing its economic recovery plans and enabling digital transformation of council services. It believes that it could have a multidimensional role in influencing and shaping City developments, projects and programmes that will enable the City to be established as a leading digital city. Providing next generation, high speed gigabit internet networks to all those living or working within the city is a critical part of the delivery of many aspects of a Digital Birmingham and wider.

The successful supplier will be expected to support the Council and to use their knowledge and expertise to deliver the following outputs;

o Market Engagement
o Gathering of business requirements
o Write Outline Business Case
o Procurement Approach
o Support Birmingham City Council process
