Description
The authority required a supplier to Commission suitably qualified organisation to
· review literature with a focus on anti-racism from an individual perspective and to identify good practice and make initial recommendations and,
· review qualitative data which capture the nursing and midwifery voice, such as data from Allyship programmes and,
· consider other regulatory and legislative frameworks which impact on nursing and midwifery professional practice such as the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
· facilitate stakeholder forum events with key stakeholders to consider findings, implications and any recommendations from the review and,
· consider the recommendations to agree wider engagement around next steps and ambitions for change.
